Description

I had an artistic spark (shock-horror!!) and felt like drawing my villain character from the game DC Universe Online. Rinaire is a mental powered controller on the EU server, and my goodness it was a pain to create similar mental effects like in the game.

I have used a reference image from SenshiStock and am very grateful for the lovely helpful stock :heart:
